I think I finally have a direction with this XanGa thing. My goal is update a few times a week and elaborate on what I am doing with my business, my basketball team and my training.
I plan on loosing a few pounds over the next few months as my busy season is over I can spend more time working out and running. I am and always will be a large individual (6'4") but if I lost about 25lbs. I would be happier and healthier. So for starters on this plan I weigh 279lbs. I can SkyDive if I weigh under 250lbs, so thats the goal. I need to loose 29 to get there.

| I had a great weekend of workouts and rest too!
I started about a week ago...... back to..... what I call the basics. Cardio, old school 1+ mile clip, and heavy weight lifting, body part each day. It made me instantly tighter and even bulky, which is ok but......My goal is to loose weight, down to 250, but I don't care exactly about the scale if I feel healthy and look ok. I just clocked in at 289 lbs. the heaviest I have been for a long time. must be holding water due to my new regimen, as I have been consistant at 280 since early summer.
I had decided that I didn't want to lift heavy until i lost to 260 but i really missed it and lost noticble strength over the summer and early fall. So i started mixing in some arms, legs and back when i leveled off at about 270

Coached my boys JH team, 30 minute scrimmage,
Coached my 8th Grade Girls team, light scrimmage
1 mile run 12minute pace
Chest dumbell flys, dumbell press, pushups wide set
Sunday,
1 1/4 mile run 12:30 (pretty quick for me)
back, shoulders bench dumbell rows, dumbell shoulder flys, and throws

| Crazy cold today. Woke up and wished i were further south. I am still wearing shorts though!!
Basketball practice went very well last night. We played a lot, like scrimmage, ultimate basketball and shooting stations. I hope I am preparing them enough for our game season. We have some real scrimmages this week and next with officials and score keepers. I guess we will see how they do. This week is a squad scrimmage so its less serious. Next week we scrimmage SEAS they are a catholic school. Our first look against competition
I have not ran in my program for about 2 weeks now. I think i just missed out on making it a habit. I still want to do it but my schedule and stuff makes it hard. I did a heavy chest workout and a bicep workout too. No cardio. | | |
| I feel like a giant lazy piece of crap today. I am exhaustedly tired. (ya I just made that up) This is the first week of programs and the first week of basketball practice which equals 7 hrs of extra work a week. Someone should complain to that jerk of a boss I have. He is really a moron, ha ha.
Well its been a week or so since I posted. I have been working out and running, but I am down to running just a regular mile. I read that is should get that down to a solid 10 minutes before progressing on to longer distances. I am looking to shave about 2 minutes or so. I also have had spells of great eating and nutrition and some days of terrible eating. I ate at red lobster and had all you can eat shrimp, and was full for 2 days. I really didn't even eat that much, guess is "shrunk" my stomach.

| OMG(osh) I just was introduced to an amazing opportunity! Dont you love the latest MLM programs! Wow! I can not wait to sell my friends my product! I want to build my "power leg" and optimize my "down stream" and have "residual income". i love the vocabulary of the multi leveler, "4 in 10!, do it again!" "down line", "multiple streams of income" but "power leg" is my favorite! UGGG! so anyway, i am totally kidding, there will be no 'am-way' dinners! what actually is the modivation of the multi-leveler', money? I can't imagine the measley amount of money you actually make, is worth putting your friends and co-workers through the "meeting"
No run yet today, but i hope to go this evening. I did coach 2 Golf camps yesterday which is a pretty good workout in addition to my AM run. I have another camp this afternoon. And as it turns out the 6lbs or so i gained already left.
